TACHBROOK, ROYAL LEAMINGTON SPA

The proposal is for 81 new dwellings at the corner of Tachbrook Road and Kingsway, Royal Leamington Spa. There is a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 and 3 bedroom bungalows. The dwellings are proposed for social or affordable rent and aimed at active elderly residents. The dwellings have been designed in accordance with: Housing Quality Indicators, Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design and Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
CINCINNATI DEVELOPMENT, ERDINGTON, BIRMINGHAM
Contract Value: £15m
Cincinnati development involves the demolition of the former disused Cincinnati works in order to make way for 101 new dwellings. The dwelling will comprise of a 50/50 mix between private properties and affordable housing with both masonary and timber frame construction.
The site will make way for 85 houses ranging from 2 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms and 16 apartments contained within two blocks.
OXFORD TOWERS, OXFORD

The Oxford Towers project consists of the facade refurbishment of 5 tower blocks dotted around the historical city of Oxford. The five towers; Hockmore, Windrush, Evenlode, Forester and Plowman will each recieve different facade treatments which include rainscreen cladding, silicone render system and brick slips to enhance the dated aesthetics,
The project was undertook whilst residents carried on living within the tower blocks so a sensitive approach to the construction was a must.











LYNDHURST ESTATE. ERDINGTON, BIRMINGHAM
Contract Value: £15m
The Lyndhurst Estate is a regeneration of an award winning 1960's estate with 108 new houses of mixed tenure and 10 private apartments. The estate is part of a 3 phase masterplan to use a brownfield site to satisfy the shortage of affordable housing within the area.
The estate is a joint venture between Gallifordtry and Birmingham City Council and has been nominated for two prestigious awards; the 2015 RICS awards and the 2015 Civic Trust Awards. Both awards will be announced in Summer 2016.




MONUMENT ROAD, LADYWOOD, BIRMINGHAM
Contract Value: £3.5m
Monument Road was a joint venture between Birmingham City Council and Linden Homes for the creation of a mixed tenure development comprising of 29 houses and 18 apartments.
Strict planning conditions had to be followed following consulatation with local residents and planners. The scheme was handed over to the client in September 2015.

The site incorporates design features which are true to the former brickworks heritage using bespoke brick art. HARRY PERKS STREET, WILLENHALL

The Harry Perks Street development lies on a former school site which has been used as a dumping ground for the past 10 years. The development between GallifordTry and Walsall Housing Group is part of a larger regeneration project of this deprived area. The project consists of 49 new dwellings for both the private and affordable housing sector with a 30/70 split.
