SKILLS
SOFTWARE PACKAGES
I have used many different computer software packages over my career with the majority of my work being undertaken using the Autodesk Suite, in particular AutoCAD and Revit. I am proficient in both, including old and new versions, and can use them collaboratively to produce detailed drawings packages.
A noteable project which I used Revit for was Tachbrook Road.
Notable projects where I used AutoCAD are Cincinnati and Oxford Towers Refurbishment.
PLANNING & TENDER PACKAGES
I am fully capable of producing drawings for both planning application submittal and for tender purposes. This includes liasing with planning authorities to ascertain planning restrictions and requirements. Additionally, my drawings are clear and consise so quantity surveyors can easily determine project costs.
BUILDING CONTROL SUBMISSION
I pride myself on working with building control officers efficently and effectively to ensure projects are constructed to the highest standard and within the rules of the Building Regulations. On top of standard construction drawings, I am able to produce fire stratergy's for multiple occupancy buildings, rain water drainage requirements, building ventilation calculation along with many more pieces of documentation.
WORKING DRAWING PACKAGES
The production of construction drawings following on from a successful planning application is second nature to me. My experience includes producing sites plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and deails. Examples of my construction documentation can be viewed within one of my projects.
ANCILLARY INFORMATION
In addition to my above skill set, I am also proficient in producing setting out drawings, conveyance plans and 3D images. I also check and comment on sub-contractor information from lintel schedules to kitchen layouts.
EXPERIENCE
SITE VISIT
I believe I am well suited to over seeing and aiding in the smooth running of the construction phase of the project. My current job position means I am predominantly office based, i ensure i visit site on a regular basis to ensure any questions site agents or their operatives have are dealt with quickly.
I personally enjoy being within a construction site setting and hold a vaild CSCS card. Attedning design team meetings and site meetings is a part of my job I relish and find the construction phase runs smoothly when designers and site work together.

PIBLIC CONSULTATION
In addition to working closely with site, I also have experience in facing the public during consultations. I enjoy speaking with interested parties and individuals who are either excited or disgrunteled regarding a possible development. My intricate knowledge of projects I work on allows me to appease any concerns regarding a development showing the design has been well thought out from all prespectives.
