1779 development was a joint venture by Linden Homes and Wrekin Housing Trust for the development of the former Ibstock factory site. The site incorporates design features which are true to the former brickworks heritage using bespoke brick art. The housing stock is a 50/50 split between private and affordable housing and ranges from 1 bed apartments to 4 bedroom homes.
