I have gained invaluable industry experience working with some of the largest UK construction firms within the residential sector on projects ranging from £2m to in excess of £15m. My experience of working closely within the design team and also within a construction site setting has enabled myself to grasp what is required to take a project from conception to completion.

 

I believe I possess the necessary skills and mind set to excel within this industry due to my organised and methodical approach whilst providing creative solutions to get over both design and buildability issues. I believe my professional but approachable manner allows me to liaise with both site operatives and industry professional to complete projects on time and to budget.

 

My working environment has allowed me to undertake projects for both the private and local authority housing sectors which has provided many learning opportunities. These experiences have lead me to seek new opportunities and challenges. I am eager to continue my professional development within a new environment and bring my skills and experience to the table.
