The Cincinnati development involves the demolition of the former disused Cincinnati works in order to make way for 101 new dwellings. The dwelling will comprise of a 50/50 mix between private properties and affordable housing with both masonary and timber frame construction.

The site will make way for 85 houses ranging from 2 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms and 16 apartments contained within two blocks.
